We were sent out to a home in Montgomery, NJ, to add some new blown-in cellulose insulation to the attic. The customer has owned the home for over 35 years and hasn't been up to his attic in over 15 years! Since almost all of the fiberglass insulation was falling apart, dirty, and no longer efficient, the first thing we did was take all of it out of the attic and dispose of it properly!

Nest, we disinfected the entire attic from top to bottom. Afterward, we added our makers, to ensure that the proper amount of R-value is added to the attic, and then added over 10 inches of TruSoft blown-in cellulose insulation. Trusoft fills the attic to its recommended insulation levels, has the highest Class-1 fire safety rating, is resistant to mold and pests and is eco-friendly. Not to mention that TruSoft blown-in cellulose insulation maximizes home comfort and optimizes energy usage for year-round peace and savings for the owner!

This homeowner in Bedminster, NJ, was mowing his lawn and trimming his shrubs when he suddenly got attacked by a number of yellow jackets! He ran inside and called Cowleys. Moments later, we were dispatched to assist the customer. When we arrived, the first thing we did was equip our protective bee suit (so we don't get stung) and then began looking for the nest.

After a few moments of searching the area where the owner got stung, we finally located the basketball sized nest! It was cleverly camouflaged in the bushes and would only be noticeable if you were looking for it! We injected a knockdown aerosol application into the nest. A short while later, we injected a knockdown dusting application. Both of these treatments are going to neutralize the yellow jackets almost immediately. After a few moments went by, we removed the nest carefully and disposed of it properly. 

A short while ago, Little Rascals safely and successfully removed several squirrels from the attic of this home in Peapack,NJ. Now all that's left is to disinfect the area and prevent the squirrels from getting back into the home. Since the squirrels were using the gable vent to infest the attic, we installed Pest-Blok over it. Pest-Blok doesn't restrict the airflow to the attic, undergoes a silicone-protected polyester coating process that makes it last longer, and guards the home against squirrels, bats, birds, and all other nuisance wildlife.

We're returning to this home in Princeton, NJ to check up on the mice infestation. As we checked our rodent bait stations, we did find some activity inside a few of them, so we replenished the bait. Since the mice were able to squeeze through a tiny opening around one of the utility pipes, we stuffed that opening with chew-proof metal mesh and sealed it off with a premium, waterproof adhesive. We waited a few moments and smoothed the adhesive out to make it even with the siding and to blend better.

We repeated this process to each and every single opening around the exterior of the home. When we had finished, we scheduled several additional follow up visits with the homeowner to change out the bait in the rodent bait stations until the mice are no longer infesting the home.

Previously, we installed a number of rodent bait stations around the exterior and throughout the interior of the building. For this visit, we're going to check up on each of the bait stations and replenish them.

Since there were multiple openings and gaps around several utility pipes, we're going to exclude them! First, we're going to stuff each one with chew-proof stainless metal mesh. Rodents typically don't like chewing through metal because it's extremely uncomfortable for their teeth and gums. Afterward, we're going to seal them with a waterproof, premium adhesive.

Once we're finished, we're going to schedule several more follow up visits to replenish the bait stations and monitor the mice activity until they are no longer infesting the property.
