Tracey Matthews, a resident of Long Branch NJ, joined our team in December of 2023 as one of our busy Appointment Center Representatives. She brings the highest personal standards to Cowleys and is a welcomed addition to our team.
Tracey has an extensive background in customer service, with over 8 years experience as an Office Manager, 5 years experience has an Appointment Setter, and over 4 years experience as the head of the Accounts Payable Department. Needless to say, Tracey has some exquisite managerial and customer service experience! When we asked Tracey what are the top 3 things you like most about this field she quickly answered, "No phone call is the same, everyday you learn something new, which I enjoy, and I love helping people out!"
When not at Cowleys, you can catch Tracey cooking some delicious dishes with her family as well as going to Atlantic City with her fiancee!
