Wildlife Removal Photo Album: A Unique Set Up for Raccoons in Beachwood, NJ
A unique raccoon situation requires a unique solution!
Coming From Above
Since the raccoons were using this opening in the porch ceiling to invade the home, we set up a positive set to the ceiling and secured it in place.
Raccoon Removal Set Up
A positive set is comprised of a nose cone (which safely guides the raccoons) that is attached to a two-gaited, heavy-duty device. We also placed several baited devices nearby.
Pretty Positive
It's called a positive set, because we are positive that the raccoons will enter our device.
Shortly After
Once we safely retrieve the raccoons, we will relocate them to a new, humane location and disinfect the area. Since the homeowner is going to renovate their entire porch, we will also install a piece of sturdy metal flashing over the access point to exclude any nuisance wildlife from reinfesting the home.
