Destroyed a Piece of Flashing
As we inspected the home, we found multiple entry points in several locations around the soffit areas. We also noticed that a piece of flashing was ripped apart by the squirrels.

Left One Area Open
Afterward, we sealed off all the access points except for one. We installed a one-way device over that access point and temporarily enclosed the area with hardware cloth. We also set up several baited devices nearby.
How the One-Way is Designed
A one-way device is designed to allow the squirrels to safely leave the area, but prevent them from getting back in. Once all the squirrels are safely removed from the home we will relocate them to a new, humane location, disinfect the attic area, and seal up the last entry point with sturdy metal flashing.
