Wildlife Removal Photo Album: Repairing the Damage from a Raccoon in Piscataway, NJ
After safely retrieving and relocating a raccoon from this home in Piscataway, NJ, we're going to repair the damage.
The Damage
The raccoon tore apart some of the shingles near the gutter.
First Layer
We cleaned up the area and installed a portion of Pest-Blok. Pest-Blok undergoes a silicone-protected polyester coating process that makes it last longer and guards the home against raccoons and all nuisance wildlife.
Second Layer
Next, we installed a portion of metal flashing over the area.
Third Layer
Lastly, we placed shingle grit over the metal flashing.
