Wildlife Removal Photo Album: Squirrels Love Pork Chops in Brielle, NJ
A new customer of ours in Brielle, NJ kept hearing noises in his attic throughout the day and wanted us to come out and inspect.
Chewed Into the Pork Chop
After a thorough inspection, we discovered that squirrels were invading the attic area (as we found fur and squirrel paw prints in the attic) and that they made access into the home through this "pork chop" eave. As we inspected closer, we found more squirrel hair in the eave.
Here's How We Get Them
We temporarily sealed off the access point with hardware cloth and installed a one-way and placed several baited traps nearby. The one-way will allow the squirrels to safely exit, but is designed to prevent them from getting back in.
Excluded and Repaired
Once all the squirrels were safely removed from the home, we sanitized the attic area and repaired and sealed up the area with new metal flashing.
Sturdy and Secured
This will prevent any future intrusions from squirrels or any other nuisance wildlife.
