Pests We Treat - Carpenter Ants Swarm in Homeowners Basement in Howell, NJ

A homeowner in Howell, NJ contacted Cowleys after finding a large number of ants in his basement. As we began our inspection of the home we discovered that there was a massive carpenter ant infestation. Carpenter ants can be anywhere between 1/2” to 5/8” long and usually are black in color. Often confused with termites carpenter ants do not eat wood but tunnel through it to build nests.
