Pavement ants, also known as the small house ant, have a knack for finding entry points around the home, especially in kitchens and bathrooms.

It doesn't take much of an opening for a small ant to enter your home, so a thorough inspection is always required to determine their trails and the direction they are traveling. Once the direction of travel is established, I look for tiny openings, mainly under baseboards, electrical outlets, and window frames.
