A Bunch of Tunnels
As we inspected the basement, we found multiple mice tunnels throughout the insulation. Insulation is perfect for creating holes and tunnels that mice can burrow into. Not only is this a nuisance, but it also creates air pockets that affects the air flow in your home!
That's Why
As we inspected the exterior of the home, we found a few utility wires and pipes that had a wide gap around them. This was how the mice were able to infest the home.
Clean Up & Set Up
The first thing we did was carefully clean up all the droppings throughout the basement. Once we were finished, we installed several Ready-to-Use rodent bait stations throughout the basement and along the exterior of the home.
We Will Return
We then scheduled several follow up visits to monitor the activity and replenish the bait stations as needed. Once all the mice are gone we're going to stuff any and all potential openings with chew-proof metal mesh and then seal them with a premium, waterproof adhesive.
