Bed bugs were all along the seam of the zipper in the couch cushions and the pillows. Bed bugs love hiding in areas like this because it provides them with protection. They love to have pressure on multiple sides of their body at the same time because it makes them feel safe.
First Step: Vacuum the Bed Bugs
After thoroughly inspecting the remainder of the house and not finding bed bugs in any other areas, we began our bed bug removal process. First, we immediately began vacuuming all of the crack and crevice areas of the couch and the surrounding areas. This process immediately removes the bed bugs from the area.

Once everything was thoroughly vacuumed, we applied a light liquid application to all of the seams in the cushions, pillows, and the couch as well as other harborage areas in that room.
