High in the Trees
As we were inspecting the backyard, we located the bald-faced hornet's nest in a nearby tree.
Sizable Enemy
The nest was bigger than the size of a basketball, which means that there is a large amount of bald-faced hornet's residing in the nest.
Treat from Afar
In order to treat the nest effectively and safely, we equipped a foaming knockdown application to my B-pole. We then injected the application directly into the nest from a safe distance. We also applied the application to the surrounding branch.
A Quick Knockdown
This application immediately knocks down the bald-faced hornets on contact. Also, since it is a residual, it'll prevent any of the eggs in the nest from hatching as well as prevent any future hornets from reestablishing a nest in the area. Once it was safe, we removed the nest and the attached branch.
