Termites Swarming in Several Condos in Jackson, NJ

Challenge

A property manager of a condominium complex in Jackson, NJ contacted Cowleys after one of her residents found a termite swarmer in the laundry room. Once we arrived and started inspecting the property, not only did we find termite activity in the laundry room, but also in the boiler room in the connecting unit and in the living room of another unit! In total, there were three units that had active termite activity in them!

Solution

For an effective treatment, we drilled into the flooring in the homeowners living room, the laundry room, and the boiler room as well as around the exterior of the all three units. Next, we injected a liquid termiticide into the drill holes and around the entire exterior of the condo units. This application binds to the treated area and creates a protective zone that the termites can't detect.

Once the termites come in contact with this treatment they'll bring it back to their nest and spread it throughout their colony. In a short amount of time, the termites will be exterminated and the condo units will be protected from termites for many years to come.
