Mice Running Around the Attic in Hopewell, NJ
Challenge
A new customer in Hopewell, NJ kept hearing noises in his attic and thought he might have something living up there, so he called Cowleys for help. As we started inspecting the attic, we found several mice droppings and mice tunnels throughout the insulation. Looks like the homeowner has a mice infestation! Mice will often tunnel throughout the insulation to create a nest.
Solution
First, we carefully cleaned up the droppings and then installed several rodent bait stations throughout the attic and along the exterior of the building. Once we finished, we scheduled several follow-up visits to replenish the bait in the bait stations until the mice are no longer present in the home. Once the mice gone, we will dispose of all the contaminated insulation and disinfect the attic.
