An Effective Termite Treatment in Monroe, NJ
Challenge
A new customer in Monroe, NJ called our office and wanted to have a preventative termite treatment done to his newly acquired home.
Having a preventative termite treatment done to your home is a great investment. Termites cause over 5 billion dollars worth of property damage each year, and that damage isn't covered by many homeowners insurance policies because it is considered preventable! The worse part about having termites is that you won't know you have an infestation until it is too late and a considerable amount of damage has been done to your home!
Solution
Subterranean termites live beneath the soil and enter your home below the ground level of the dirt. For an effective treatment, I must drill into the concrete and inject a liquid application into the ground so that the termites will come into contact with the product. Once I finished drilling, I injected the liquid termiticide into the concrete. This application binds to the treated soil and creates a protective zone that termites cannot detect. Termites will come in contact with it as they go about their normal routines.
Once termites come in contact with the application, they'll transfer it to other termites in the colony. The application will then spread like a virus throughout the colony and in a short amount of time, the termites are exterminated! As a result of a thorough treatment, the home will be termite free and protected for many years to come.
