Sure enough, they were here the same day. The tech was great, got rid of the horrible creatures that were hiding in corners as he was spraying, and have not had another bug since. Cowleys did a termite inspection for us in October, and it was actually the owner of the company who came out! Very impressive organization, everyone I encountered from the owner, the tech and the office staff were GREAT! They were responsive, gave great customer service and got the job done. This makes Cowleys stand alone. We bought a service contract from them, and have recommended them numerous times. You won't go wrong.
