Randy Vogel has been with Cowleys since 2016. Randy has sprinted out of the blocks since joining Cowleys, quietly demonstrating his hard work, talent, team-building skills, and a penchant for consistently high results and superior customer service. In return, his work has been recognized, appreciated, and rewarded. Randy was put on a fast track of increasing responsibilities. Starting here as a residential sales representative, he was initially promoted to commercial service manager, and soon thereafter was selected to be our Operations Manager, Cowleys’ most senior supervisory position.

As our Operations Manager, Randy supervises sales and service to our customers as well as our administrative staff so that Cowleys’ daily operations run smoothly and our customers consistently receive the best service. He has fostered open, productive relationships with the entire Cowleys team, ensuring that everyone has the support needed to deliver the best customer service. Randy keeps his keen eye on quality control, monitors technician training, and maintains close relationships with the managers of the numerous community properties that we service. Randy is a results-oriented customer-first manager who has a knack for encouraging others to identify and report issues in their early stages, so they can be quickly corrected and put back on track. Needless to say, Randy proven himself to be a highly valued addition to our management team.

Prior to joining Cowleys, Randy had entrepreneurial experience running his own business. He also had 16 years in pest control services in which he held a variety of positions within the industry. Randy has a first-hand understanding of virtually every position in pest control services. Started from the ground floor as a pest control technician, he transitioned into a pest control inspector, and later in his career, held positions in sales and management. Randy had already worked with, and has a deep understanding of the products and services we offer through our two largest affiliates, the Christmas Decor franchise, which provides the latest state-of-the-art holiday decorations, and Basement Systems, which licenses pest control companies to use its products for crawl space encapsulation and waterproofing.

Randy stays active in a variety of organizations to stay current on the latest pest, wildlife, and property management issues. He is affiliated with the Community Association Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management, and the National Pest Management Association. He is a licensed NJDEP commercial pest control applicator. In addition to Core certification, he holds Category certifications 7A for general and household pest control, and 7B for termites and other wood-destroying insects.

When not working, Randy spends most of his free time with his wife and two children, appreciating every minute he spends with them. However, every so often on some weekends, he enjoys those traditional “male bonding” rituals like bowling, fishing, billiards, and friendly two-hand touch football. Of course, he admits that these activities are just an excuse to get together with his good friends to have good times with good food and even better refreshments!
