Mice Use Openings Around Utility Pipes in Infest Home in Titusville, NJ
Challenge
We're returning to this property in Titusville, NJ, to check up on the mice infestation. During our first initial inspection, we found several openings around all the utility pipes on the exterior of the property. Mice were using those openings to infest the home. Mice have collapsible ribs and are able to squeeze through openings the width of a pencil!
Solution
After we replenished the bait in all the rodent bait stations, we focused our attention to the gaps. First, we stuffed each opening with chew-proof Xcluder® Fill Fabric. This material will form a firm and tight barrier to keep the mice out. Afterward, we sealed the Xcluder® Fill Fabric in place with a premium, waterproof adhesive. Once we finished, we scheduled several follow up visits to continue to monitor the bait stations and replenish the bait until the mice are no longer infesting this property.
