Nesting Debris
There were three vents that had no cover over them and one of the vents was filled with nesting debris.
A One-way & a DryerWallVent®
We installed a one-way device over the active vent and a DryerWallVent® over the other two vents. The one-way will allow the birds to safely leave the area, but prevent them from getting back in. The best part of this device is that, if there are young birds inside, the adult female will still be able to feed them through the flap, until they leave.
DryerWallVent®
The DryerWallVent® is made out of heavy-duty galvanized steel and its large opening and angled damper provide maximum airflow efficiency for safe venting. Integrated magnets keep the damper closed when not in use, preventing pests, bats, birds, and all nuisance wildlife from infesting the home.
Once the Birds Are Gone
Once all the birds have left, we will remove any nesting debris inside, disinfect the area, and then install another DryerWallVent®.
