Photo Album: Fixing the Broken Crawl Space Vents to Stop the Mice in Bayville, NJ
We're returning to this home in Bayville, NJ to seal up all the access points that the mice were using to infest the property.
Entering Through the Crawl Space Vents
The mice were able to enter the home through the two crawl space vents.
Seal Up Any Openings Around the Home
First, we replenished all our rodent bait stations throughout the exterior and interior of the home. Afterward, we stuffed any and all potential openings with Xcluder® Fill Fabric and then sealed them with a premium, waterproof adhesive. Mice hate the taste of metal and Xcluder® Fill Fabric will deter them as well as form a firm and tight barrier to keep the rodents out.
XclusionPro® Foundation Vent Guards
So we installed an XclusionPro® Foundation Vent Guard over each one of the crawl space vents.
Like No Other Vent Guard
The XclusionPro® Foundation Vent Guard has a two-piece design allows for the inner frame to be mounted to the foundation and then the cover is secured to the frame. This allows for easy access to the foundation vent if it needs to be opened or closed, but excludes any and all rodents from the home.
