Photo Album: House Gets Invaded From all Sides by Ants in Bayville, NJ
We found several locations on the exterior of this home in Bayville, NJ that ants were using to infest the inside of the property.
Invading Over Here
We found a long trail of ants marching underneath the siding on the left side of the home.
More on the Back
We found even more ants crawling underneath the brick steps to the back door.
Ant Swarmers on the Front
We even found a bunch of ant swarmers coming from underneath several window frames on the front of the home!
Several Applications
We treated the entire exterior perimeter of the home, the window frames, and (with the owners permission) the baseboards, cracks, and crevices of several rooms inside the home with a liquid residual. We also applied a granular bait to the bushes and landscape and then lastly placed an ant gel bait along several of the ant trails of the exterior and interior of the home.
So Long Ants
The worker ants will come in contact with any of these applications as they go about their business and then bring them back to their nest. The worker ants will then transfer the treatments to their queen and the other ants in their colony by feeding one another, grooming one another, or eating their own dead. After a short period of time, the entire ant colony will be exterminated.
