Photo Album: Bathrooms Infested with Ants in Matawan, NJ
Holes in the Grout
During our inspection we noticed a high level of ant activity in the master bathroom and in the guest bathroom. As we took a closer look, we discovered multiple holes in the grout surrounding the bathtubs.
Ants Going In & Out
Turns out that ants were going in and out of these openings! We showed the owner and suggested that, one the ants are gone, to repair the grout around each of the bathtubs in both bathrooms. Thankfully, he agreed.
Extermination Time for the Ants
In the meantime, we treated the baseboards, cracks, and crevices of each bathroom, as well as the hallway, with a liquid non-repellant residual. Next, we injected each hole around the bathtubs with a knockdown aerosol application. This product will flush the ants out of hiding and rapidly eliminate them.
Sharing with One Another
Lastly, we treated the entire exterior of the home with the liquid non-repellant. Once the ants unknowingly come in contact with this product, they will bring it back to their nest and share the treatment with their queen and the other ants in the colony. A short while later, the ants will be exterminated.
