Photo Album: Bathroom & Kitchen Full of Mice in Tinton Falls, NJ
An elderly homeowner in Tinton Falls, NJ called our office after finding multiple mouse droppings in her kitchen and bathroom.
Checked Behind the Stove
After finding multiple entryways in the bathroom & kitchen, we noticed a large amount of mice droppings around the stove. So we moved it and found the mother load!
Outdated Outlet
There were two openings around the outlets behind the stove. If you look at the wall, you can see that the electrical outlet was outdated and did not have a ground hole in it.
Potential Fire
Not only that, the electrical power strip was outdated and covered in mouse droppings. We carefully cleaned up all the droppings and, with the owners permission, disposed of the electrical power strip and unplugged all devices from the outdated outlet.
Several Follow Up Visits
We also installed several rodent bait stations in the kitchen, bathroom, and along the exterior of the home. We will return for several follow up visits to replenish the bait in the bait stations and monitor the infestation. Once all the mice are gone, the homeowner will hire an electrician to come in and replace her outdated outlets.
