Female carpenter bees drill circular ½-inch diameter holes into the wooden areas of a building.
Frass
Aside from the drill holes, one of the most common signs of a carpenter bee infestation is the piles of sawdust ("frass") near where they are digging.
Stains
These yellow "stains" are actually excrements from the carpenter bees.
Treating the Carpenter Bees
We're going to inject a residual dusting product into each gallery. This treatment rapidly exterminates the carpenter bees and leaves behind a residual that will eliminate any eggs inside their gallery as well as any returning carpenter bees.
