Photo Album: Sparrows Nesting in the Vents in Princeton Junction, NJ
Sparrows took advantage of these old, weathered vents and infested this home in Princeton Junction, NJ.
3 Exposed Vents
We found nesting debris in two exhaust vents and a microwave vent!
Cover Became Brittle
Over time, due to harsh weather conditions and sun exposure, the vent cover became brittle and fell apart.
Remove the Nesting Debris
First, we carefully removed all the nesting debris and then disinfected each vent. For each of the vents, we installed Pest-Blok over the opening.
Doesn't Restrict Airflow
Pest-Blok doesn't restrict airflow, undergoes a silicone-protected polyester coating process that makes it last longer, and guards the home against pests, nuisance birds, and all nuisance wildlife.
Vent Guards
For the exhaust vents, we also installed Vent Guards for an added layer of protection.
Safe and Secured
Now the home is properly excluded from all nuisance birds.
