Photo Album: Mouse Found in Beach Condo in Sea Girt, NJ
To the Kitchen
When we arrived, we were directed to the kitchen area where the mouse was spotted. Upon inspection, we found a plethora of mouse droppings underneath the stove!
Other Areas Too
We also found mouse droppings under the dining room table, the kitchen cabinets, and the coat closet by the back door.
How'd They Get In?
Continuing our investigation, we found several gaps around the wire behind the stove that the mice were using to invade the home.
Clean and Seal
First, we carefully cleaned up all the mouse droppings and then, at the owners' request, discarded all the contaminated materials. We then stuffed all the gaps around the home with stainless steel mesh and sealed them in place with a waterproof, premium adhesive.
Tamper-Proof Rodent Bait Stations
Next, we installed several rodent bait stations inside the home where the mouse activity was observed and along the exterior of the home. Lastly, we scheduled several follow-up visits to monitor the activity and replenish the baits stations as needed.
