Photo Album: Large Bald-Faced Hornets Nest Removed in Princeton Junction, NJ
One of the residents at this condominium complex in Princeton Junction, NJ, noticed a large bald-faced hornets' nest that had formed on the soffit on the back of her unit.
All The Way Up
The nest was about 20 feet up, so we needed our extendable pole in order to treat it.
Spray the Hornets
We attached a knock-down aerosol product to our extendable pole and applied it directly to the entry hole of the nest.
Scraped Away
After the majority of the hornets had been eliminated, we attached a scraper to our expandable pole in order to remove the nest from the soffit and siding. Once it was removed, we treated the area with a residual product to prevent the bald-faced hornets from rebuilding the nest.
Disposal Time
Lastly, we bagged the nest and properly disposed of it.
