I was sent out to the home of a new Home Protection Plan client in South River, NJ to handle an ant issue.
Ants Crawling On the Side
As soon as I began my inspection, I immediately noticed ants crawling along the side of the home. Fortunately, after a thorough inspection, the ants didn't infest the interior of the home.
Follow The Trail
I followed the ant trail leading from the side of the home...
Crack in the Pavement
...to a small crack in the walkway.
The Residual and the Bait
I applied a liquid residual directly to the ants and along the entire exterior of the home. Next, I applied a granular bait along the landscape beds.
Share it With One Another
Once the ants come in contact with either of these treatments, they will bring them back to their nest and transfer the applications to one another, including their queen. Shortly after, the ants are exterminated.
