Photo Album: Mice Running Wild Throughout Kitchen in Asbury Park, NJ
After purchasing a new restaurant in Asbury Park, NJ, this business owner had plans to completely renovate the old building. There was just one thing stopping her, mice!
Mice Around the Kitchen
Beginning our inspection, we found mice droppings underneath all the equipment and appliances throughout the kitchen.
Not Keen on Sanitation
The previous owner of the establishment wasn't too careful with their sanitation practices as there was a lot of buildup of food, grease, and solidified liquids - which is what attracted the mice.
Running Through the Cracks
Through our inspection, we also discovered that the mice were running in and out of all the cracks that went into an inaccessible crawl space.
Tell the Owner
We advised the new owner of our findings and she informed us that she and her crew will repair all the cracks throughout the building during their renovations. We offered them some useful sanitation suggestions and what areas need to be sealed up to prevent future mice infestations.
RTU's
We carefully cleaned up all the mice droppings and installed several Ready-to-Use (RTUs) rodent bait stations throughout the interior and exterior of the property.
We'll Be Back
We'll return for several follow-up visits to monitor the infestation and replenish the bait stations.
