Photo Album: Bald-Faced Hornets' Nest Found in Hedges in Princeton, NJ
Recently, I was sent out to a home in Princeton, NJ to remove a bald-faced hornets' nest.
Found While Gardening
As the homeowner was pruning their hedges, she came across this large bald-faced hornets nest. Luckily, she wasn't stung by these territorial pests.
Large and Full
As you can see, the nest is huge! Which means, there are hundreds of aggressive bald-faced hornets inside.
Apply from Afar
Using my extendable pole, I applied an aerosol product directly into the opening of the nest, which will quickly neutralize the bald-faced hornets.
Time for the Liquid
After a few moments, I then treated the nest with a knockdown liquid application.
No More Bald-Faced Hornets
Once the bald-faced hornets are exterminated, I'll remove the nest as well as the attached branch and properly dispose of them both.
