Photo Album: Massive Cockroach Infestation in Brick, NJ
This homeowner in Brick, NJ had a massive infestation of cockroaches in her home.
On the Kitchen Counter
When we began inspecting the kitchen, we immediately saw a large number of German cockroaches on the kitchen counter.
Hiding Out
Upon closer inspection, we found even more cockroaches inside the cracks of the outlets.
Never a Good Sign
Since cockroaches are primarily nocturnal, if you see them during the day that means that there is an even larger infestation somewhere in the home.
Regulate Their Growth
First, we applied a liquid growth regulator. This application prevents the cockroaches from multiplying and can lower the infestation to a manageable level.
Flush the Cockroaches
Next, we treated all the cracks and crevices with a residual flushing product that'll not only eliminate the cockroaches, but also flush them out into the growth regulator we applied earlier.
Monitor the Infestation
Lastly, we set-up several glue monitor traps throughout the home. Due the to severity of the infestation, we scheduled several follow-up visits to apply any additional treatments and monitor the infestation until the cockroaches are completely exterminated.
