A new homeowner in Lincroft, NJ had unwelcome guests visit his home — European hornets!
Coming Out of the Wall
I inspected and noticed several European hornets emerging from a tiny gap in the exterior brick wall.
What Are European Hornets?
European hornets, also called Giant hornets, are large insects that are active at night, unlike most stinging insects that are docile at night. Their bodies are brown with yellow stripes on their abdomens, have pale faces, and long bodies with two pairs of wings and six legs.
Crawl Inside Voids
European hornets tend to crawl inside hollow places to build their nest. For treatment, I used a residual dusting product.
Stops Them
This products completely covers the hornets and is designed to rapidly eliminate them.
Treated Every Void
I made sure to treat every single void where I observed the European hornets going in and out of. Soon, the building will be free of these insects.
