Photo Album: Association Has Mice Problems in East Brunswick, NJ
An association in East Brunswick, NJ was having quite the mouse problem. Fortunately, Cowleys was here to help.
Several Openings
While inspecting some of the buildings, I discovered several wide gaps that were the ideal size for mice to enter.
Perfect Size for a Mouse
This tiny gap may seem too small for mice to squeeze through, but it is actually the perfect size! Mice can fit through an opening the diameter size of a pencil. If a pencil can fit through a gap, then so can a mouse!
Gaps in The Crawl Space Windows
I'm going to plug up every opening with chew proof, stainless steal mess and seal it in place with a water and chew-proof adhesive. This is a temporary solution until the maintenance team of the association is able to repair these gaps.
Cracks in the Stoop
I'm also going to install several rodent bait stations along the exterior and interior of the buildings. Additionally, I scheduled several follow-up visits to replace the bait in the stations and to monitor the infestation.
