Photo Album: Yellow Jacket Townhouse Turmoil in Morristown Township, NJ
A customer in a townhouse in Morristown Township, NJ was having trouble on her back porch with yellow jackets.
Hover By an Outlet
I inspected the back porch and noticed a lot of yellow jackets hovering around an outdoor electrical outlet.
A Tiny Opening
Upon closer inspection I discovered that the yellow jackets were using a tiny gap above the outlet to enter the area and build a nest.
Time for Dusting
To rapidly eliminate the yellow jackets, I injected a knockdown dust application inside the gap as well as around the outlet. As soon as I treated the area, the yellow jackets went crazy.
They Do it to Themselves
Any time any type of debris comes in contact with their nest, the yellow jackets immediately clean it out in order to protect their queen. By doing this, they are rapidly spreading the treatments to one another.
Once They're Exterminated
Once the yellow jackets are eliminated, I'll seal up the opening and around the outlet with a premium, waterproof adhesive to prevent any future pest intrusions.
