I inspected underneath the bar area and noticed the area was dirty, had a large build-up of gunk and debris, and was filled with dark-eyed fruit flies.

Dark-eyed fruit flies develop in decaying organic matter, such as fruit, vegetables, alcohol, and sugary drinks and breed underneath kitchen equipment, near drains, sinks, and beverage taps.
Forgotten Lemon
I noticed a few more fruit flies hovering around another floor drain. I inspected and found a discarded lemon inside the drain. I brought these sanitation issues to the manager on duty who immediately spoke to his staff and began cleaning the areas.
Elimination of Fruit Flies
After speaking to the manager, I removed any food debris in all the floor drains, scrubbed each of them out, and used bio foam application. This product cleans and removes any organic residue where the fruit flies may breed in.
