I inspected the bathroom and found an active termite mud tube. These protect the termites from the outside elements when traveling from a food source to their nest.

For treatment, I'm going to drill holes through the front stoop as well as around the home in order to effectively treat the termites, since they live beneath the soil.
The Termiticide
After drilling, I injected the termiticide. This application binds to the treated area and forms a protective barrier that the termites cannot detect.

The termites will bring this treatment back to their colony and share it among one another. Shortly after, the termites are exterminated.
