Photo Album: Ants Trailing Along Home in Howell, NJ
As I was treating one of our Home Protection Plan client's residence in Howell, NJ, I came across ants foraging for food.
Coming Up From the Mulch
As I was about to treat the front of the home, I noticed a trail of ants foraging from the mulch bed up to the side of the building. Ants and other pests tend to harbor in the mulch bed, as it provides them with moisture and protection from the sun.
Through a Gap and Into
I followed their trail to a small crack on the right side of the building. With the homeowners permission, I inspected the interior of the home and found a small trail of ants in the family room.
Get Rid of the Ants
I applied a liquid residual product in the cracks and crevice areas of the living room and along the exterior of the home.
It's Lights Out
The ants will transfer this treatment among the entire colony, either through grooming or feeding one another, and shortly after, they are eliminated.
