Photo Album: Evicted Tenants Leave Behind Cockroaches in East Brunswick, NJ

A property owner in East Brunswick, NJ called our office for German cockroach infestation in one of his apartments. What we uncovered was one of the WORST German cockroach infestations we have experienced!

As Soon as We Entered

Quite literally, as soon as we opened to door to begin inspecting, German cockroaches were falling off from the ceiling and running out the door!

Wow

German Cockroaches were EVERYWHERE!

A Goodbye Gift

Apparently, the previous tenants weren't too keen on cleanliness. The landlord literally had to force them out, but they left behind a gift for the landlord.

Throw it All Away

First thing's first, we had to remove every single item that wasn't nailed to the floor and dispose of it.

Spray Everything

Once everything was removed we treated every single inch of the apartment with an EPA registered liquid application. This application is a growth regulator that affects the German cockroaches reproduction system so they can't reproduce.

The Next Step

Then we used a microinjection machine that sprays a very fine mist of an oil-based product into the cracks and crevices where the cockroaches may be hiding. This chases the cockroaches into the growth regulator that was sprayed earlier.

Form a Barrier

Next, we applied another application that forms a barrier to prevent the cockroaches from dispersing to other apartments. As a preventative measure, we fully treated the two joining apartments.
