A property manager of a condominium complex in Freehold, NJ noticed termites in one of the garages in his building. So she called Cowleys for an intensive termite treatment.

Drill Away

Since termites live beneath the soil, we drilled into the concrete in order to inject a liquid application into the ground.

Spacing Them Out

We made sure to space each of the holes approximately 18 inches apart to make sure that the liquid application has room to spread out. This also increases the chances that the termites will walk through the application.

Now Comes the Application

After the drilling, we injected the liquid application, which binds to the treated soil and creates a protective zone that termites cannot detect.

Bye Bye Termites

Termites will either ingest the application or come in contact with it as they go about their normal routines. They will then transfer it to other termites in the colony and in a short amount of time, the termites are eliminated!
