Photo Album: How to Eliminate and Remove a Yellowjacket Nest in Neptune, NJ
Recently, I was sent out on a service call for a resident in Neptune, NJ who mentioned that she had wasps around her home.
Protective Yourself
When it comes to stinging insects, before beginning an inspection, I need to equip my protective bee suit. Many stinging are aggressive and can sting multiple times within a small amount of time.
Found It
After an inspection I found a yellowjackets nest at the base of bush in front of the house.
Liquid Treatment
I applied a liquid application directly to the yellowjackets nest. Within minutes, the yellowjackets will be neutralized.
Dust Them Off
Then I applied a dusting application to the area that any yellowjackets outside of the nest will come in contact with and ingest. In a short amount of time, all the yellowjackets will be eliminated. I informed the customer to avoid the front area for a few hours just to play it safe.
