Photo Album: Raccoon Damage in Port Monmouth, NJ Attic
While any wildlife infestation inside a home can cause significant property damage, as anyone in the home repair business can tell you, raccoons are in a class by themselves. Once these animals find a harborage area inside a home, which is usually the attic attic, these animals have “an appetite for destruction” Raccoons easily tear through insulation with their sharp claws and contaminate the area with their prodigious droppings and urine.
This condominium in Port Monmouth, NJ had raccoons inhabiting the attic. The wildlife was removed and Cowleys home improvement division was sent in to assess the damage and determine the needed wildlife repairs in order to fix the attic.
