Denise S. joined the Cowleys team in 2026 as an Appointment Center Representative, quickly becoming known for her calm, empathetic approach with customers. She has a natural ability to make people feel heard and understood, helping clients feel at ease from the moment they call. Denise believes great customer service starts with being genuine, patient, and overly understanding — qualities she brings to every interaction.
She enjoys working with people from all different backgrounds and personalities and strives to create a welcoming experience where customers feel like family. Her positive and friendly energy helps turn stressful situations into reassuring conversations, making her a valued part of the Cowleys team.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys long drives, yoga, cooking, and reading. She previously spent some time living in Florida before ultimately returning home to New Jersey. Her perfect day off includes sunshine, a clean and cozy home, her phone on “Do Not Disturb,” and relaxing peacefully with the sun on her face.
Friends and family would describe Denise as funny, kindhearted, beautiful inside and out — and maybe just a little stubborn and hardheaded in the best way possible.
