Jessica Maldonado

Jessica Maldonado, a longtime resident of Manville, NJ, joined Cowleys in November of 2020 as one of our Appointment Center Representatives! Aside from over 15 years of experience in a wide range of customer service positions, such as office manager and payroll collections, it was Jessica's impressive problem-solving skills and her positive attitude that really got our attention and we are thrilled to add her to the Cowleys family!

Jessica will be the first contact that a prospective customer has with Cowleys. She happily takes on a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the day, such as scheduling service appointments, explaining Cowleys various services to prospective customers, sales, and answering service inquiries. 

Jessica, along with her family and friends, is a travel enthusiast and has traveled across the entirety of the US....twice! Aside from traveling, she loves to relax on the weeknights with her children while binge-watching their favorite shows and singing karaoke!
