Termites Swarming from Under the Basement in Manalapan, NJ

Challenge

A homeowner in Manalapan, NJ had an infestation of termites in her basement. When we arrived, we found termite swarmers all over the basement floor as well as termite mud tubes in the concrete wall.

Solution

For an effective treatment, we drilled into the concrete in the basement and surrounding the home and injected a liquid termiticide. This application binds to the treated soil and creates a protective zone that the termites can't detect. The termites will unknowingly come in contact with this treatment and spread it among their colony. If they cannot molt, then the colony is exterminated and the home is protected from termites for many years to come.
