We were sent out on a service call to a homeowner in Marlboro, NJ, who found a hornets' nest in a tree in her front yard. During our inspection, we immediately spotted the nest in the tree about 15 feet from the ground. We equipped our protective bee suit, took a closer look at the nest, and identified these stinging insects as bald-faced hornets'. Using our extendable pole, we treated the nest with a knockdown dusting product. This application eliminates the bald-faced hornets almost immediately. We waited several moments and then removed the nest and the branch it was attached to and properly disposed of them.A Huge Bald-Faced Hornets' Nest Found in Marlboro, NJ
